Have you ever wanted to get immediate feedback on your work and show the community how much it takes to create in Clay? If so then please take a hour out of your summer and come do a demonstration of your skills for the public at the 2016 Fresh Paint organized by The Schack Art Center.

It does not matter if you are a professional or a hobby clay artist, if you have some skills you would like to show off sign up for a timeslot. It does not matter if you are a thrower or a handbuilder we have everything you need to create.

There is no cost to participate only a desire to demonstrate your abilities. All material is provided by our sponsor Clay Art Center in Tacoma. Northwest Clay Club is providing all the equipment for a successful demo, the only additional ingredient that is needed is you!

The space will be in a good high traffic area for maximum exposure. Available to you will be all the clay you need provided by Clay Art Center as well as common throwing and hand building tools. There will be a Brent C wheel, bats, tables, wareboards for the throwers, and a table with tools and small Bailey slab roller for the handbuilders.
